TymePlan

Terms of service

Effective 8 August 2026.

1. Who you are dealing with

TymePlan is provided by Cloudreon Pty Ltd, ABN 52 638 743 352, an Australian company.

Registered address: U35 210 Newman-Morris Circuit, Oxley, ACT 2903, Australia
Postal address: PO Box 963, Woden, ACT 2606, Australia

In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Cloudreon Pty Ltd. "You" means the person who holds the account.

2. What TymePlan is

TymePlan is a set of online applications for planning and managing time in your personal life. You enter your own information, and TymePlan lays it out across a timeline.

3. Your account, and sharing it

One account covers one household. You may share your password with the people you live with. There are no seat limits, no device limits, and no extra charge for family members.

You are responsible for what happens on your account, including anything done by someone you gave the password to. If you no longer want someone to have access, change the password — this signs out every other device.

You must be at least 18 to hold an account.

4. Price, billing and cancellation

TymePlan costs USD $10.00 per month, charged in advance, and renews automatically each month until you cancel.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancelling stops the next payment; it does not shorten the period you have already paid for, and you keep access until that period ends.

We may change the price. If we do, we will tell you before it takes effect, and you can cancel if you do not accept it.

5. Refunds and your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

If TymePlan does not do what we said it would, you may be entitled to a refund, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss. Contact us and we will sort it out.

6. Your information is yours

You own everything you put into TymePlan. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to advertise to you. We store it in Sydney, Australia.

How we handle it is set out in our privacy policy.

You can delete your information at any time. If you close your account, we delete it.

7. What TymePlan is not

TymePlan is not financial advice. Some screens project figures forward over time based on numbers and assumptions you enter. Those projections are arithmetic, not advice, and not a prediction. They do not take account of your circumstances. Before acting on anything financial, speak to a licensed financial adviser.

TymePlan is not medical advice. Some screens let you record health, nutrition and exercise information, and information about your children. TymePlan stores and displays what you enter. It does not diagnose, treat or advise. Speak to a qualified health practitioner.

TymePlan is not a reliable alarm. Reminders are a convenience and may be delayed or fail. Do not rely on them for anything where being late matters — medication, medical appointments, or legal deadlines.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

We may suspend or close an account that does these things. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you first.

9. Availability

We try to keep TymePlan running and available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may take it offline for maintenance, and we may change or remove features.

If we discontinue TymePlan altogether, we will give you reasonable notice and a way to export your information.

10. Liability

Except for the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded, our liability to you for any claim connected with TymePlan is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

We are not liable for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable, or for loss caused by something outside our reasonable control.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you before it takes effect. Continuing to use TymePlan after that means you accept the change. The effective date is at the top of this page.

12. Ending the agreement

You may close your account at any time. We may close your account if you seriously breach these terms, or if we stop providing TymePlan. If we close your account for a reason other than your breach, we will refund the unused part of what you have paid.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory, Australia, and the courts there have jurisdiction. If you live somewhere else, you may still have rights under your own local consumer law, and nothing here takes those away.
